Status of "sexual orientation" and "domestic partner" benefits

The following is a listing of Delaware employers that:

  1. have a written non-discrimination policy that includes "sexual orientation"
  2. and/or offer "domestic partner" benefits to their gay and lesbian employees

The list is broken down into three groups:

  1. Delaware's Top 50 Employers.
  2. Other Delaware employers not in the top 50.
  3. US Government departments and agencies.

This listing is updated regularly. Visitors to the site can update the list by doing the following.

If your employer is not on the list but has a written non-discrimination policy that includes "sexual orientation" and/or offers "domestic partner" benefits, please go to the Human Rights Commission (HRC) web site to determine if they are listed in the HRC database.  If they are listed under one or both, please email this information to Robertdmartz@aol.com.

If your employer is not listed in the HRC database, but has a non-discrimination policy including "sexual orientation" and/or offers "domestic partner" benefits, you should email the HRC at HRCWorkNet@hrc.org. Give them the name of your employer, as well as, the name and email address of a company official who can provide the HRC with a written copy of the practice. Please send a copy of your email to Robertdmartz@aol.com.
